Matt Leone joined automotiveMastermind (aM) as the Chief Operating Officer and has transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer effective April 1, 2022.
As Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw the operations, finance, and HR departments of the company. Additionally, Leone managed the internal organization of the company to create an inclusive and supportive culture and set goals to scale the company to the next level.

Leone has strong leadership experience and a broad background in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space. Prior to joining Mastermind, Leone was the Chief Operating Officer for HotSchedules, a software service providing HR services for the hospitality industry. His career spans mid-sized and large public organizations, as well as private equity backed companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Finance from The University of Arizona. Leone is a loving father to three boys who enjoys spending his free time playing baseball and going on runs.

Leone joined Mastermind in 2020 and works out of the company’s New York City headquarters.
