Johannes Gnauck is co-Founder of automotiveMastermind (Mastermind), where he serves as a strategic advisor focusing on big data analysis and the company’s future product road map. With a strong background in the automotive retail world, Gnauck recognized an opportunity to improve and enhance sales at automotive dealerships. He was instrumental in the conception and development of the Mastermind technology, which is now the leading provider of predictive analytics and marketing automation technology for the automotive industry. He founded Mastermind with Marco Schnabl with the goal of transforming the car buying and selling process by empowering automotive sales teams with key insights and valuable information on its top prospects.
Prior to founding Mastermind, Gnauck worked for more than 10 years in the automotive sales industry. He served nine years in sales at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart, Germany and at its flagship location in Manhattan. Previously, he served as a Master Certified Sales Consultant at Daimler AG in Germany.
Gnauck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Automotive Marketing and Management from Northwood University. He also holds a degree from a Federal University of Business Administration in Germany, with a focus on the automotive industry, and is fluent in German and English.
